We used it to view the project process and the assignments assigned to each team member. It also provides useful information about the progress of the project or if we don't meet our timelines.

Have moved to Jira in my recent project. I can say Microsoft plan is a good option but Jira is more powerful compare to this tool. The only thing is its integration and easy communication feature between teams or assigned groups stand it out while comparing with the similar products. Also, it is easy to manage multiple projects and get status immediately while you are in any call and need something to present immediately because everything is in one place
