Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power BI Embedded

My organization is a focus in work on solutions for the customer using BI as a source, as consultants we work closely with the customer to understand the necessities and convert the raw data in dashboard easy to understand for the people involved in the departments of the organization. Normalizing and presenting the information in an easy way is the most important to keep the people engaged.
  • Display the content created in the platform that all the members required.
  • You can manage the experiences of the users.
  • You can filter the data in a easy and efficient way.
  • You need to have Azure to embed the information.
  • Has some problems with forecasting budgets.
  • Maintain a business model that doesn’t scale.
  • The possibility to share the information with all the stakeholders.
  • The possibility to keep the information updated.
  • To have the capability to customize and manage the filter depending on the audience.
  • Reduce the cost of spend money with a lot of licenses.
  • Is easy to set up the information, so is not necessary to invest a lot of money in training.
  • Once the application is running and you set up the data, the information is updated in automatic and allows you save employees time.
In general the other software have similar function abilities, however, Power BI embedded is user friendly and is easy to set up, so reduce the time spent in training people; in my organization, we use Microsoft Azure so this matches perfectly. In addition, the support of power BI is great and is cheaper than the competitors.

Well when you analyze data in Microsoft Power BI and create a dashboard with specific KPI that you want to track, then you want to display the information in your own webpage to show at the stake holders and your customer the results in real time, then you can save a lot of time. If you are not using Azure as your main software, then this can be a big problem.
