Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Project
It is use across the organization for project planning. It creates a strategic project management plan to address business solution that accounts for people, process, and technology.
Microsoft stacks up against many other tools like Trello and Proofhub. However, we chose Microsoft Project because it offers collaboration on projects among stakeholders and developers. It has a good budget management capability. It allows document sharing and optimized decision making within the teams. It also has a better enhanced customer satisfaction which is better than the other alternative tools in our opinion.
Microsoft Project is supportable and intuitive for all levels. It helps our teams keep track of progress and budget. These are two vital pieces to achieving a successful project outcome. It is flexible and can be integrated with other Microsoft tools. While it can be too advanced, it is still worth it.
