Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft SharePoint

In our organization, we are using SharePoint for saving important data. It serves as a database for all the employees. On SharePoint, we can collaborate in real-time without any hassle. If someone is working on a file it can show the edits or changes to other employees as well. On SharePoint, we can also make private folders that are shared with some specific people so files in a particular folder are not visible to others.

  • Creating a private folder sometimes have a problem. Like folder is visible to all
  • Sometimes while uploading a file with same name it doesn't create version history
  • If an employee makes some changes in a file and if we want to redo the changes it doesn't allow us to go to the original file
  • It offers real-time collaboration, so it helps to increase the efficiency of employees
  • Files are saved in one location so there is no need to share files everyone time when someone asked about it
  • The creation of a private folder helps to hide important documents from other employees

Microsoft SharePoint is well suited for real-time collaboration, and file or folder sharing, we can see the version history of files. It is useful for storing important files and anyone in the organization can access them and use them as required. It is also useful in creating a private folder so specific people have the access to a particular folder.
