Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

We are currently using it within the admin office for WIC when we need to go through client information and make statistical analysis of participants information and how much of a caseload we currently have.
  • Easy to use.
  • No lag.
  • Compressible on most computer systems.
  • Some employees have had issues when they are trying to log in.
  • Some employees are having a hard time getting the lingo down and are taking longer than others to get used to the system.
  • Very positive - It helps us get our numbers up.
We haven't had to use it much and when we do we are waiting on the phone for a while until we are helped.

It is great to review patients and when they are using their benefits. We are introducing new products it helps us see what they are using and what they are not and how we can help them use more of their packages and how to advertise better for them.
