Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
We use Microsoft Teams across multiple organizations within the company to avoid as many internal emails as we can and also for video meeting purposes. Since we have multiple campuses, we are able to use Microsoft Teams to have meetings to discuss ongoing projects with our team members at various office locations.

Microsoft Teams is a more all-encompassing software. It has more than just video and chat features, it allows you to have file documentation and team collaboration. Slack is more focused on the day to day communication. Teams allows us to have one solution for a larger variety of business needs.
