Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is being used across the whole organization. We use it as our main way of collaboration as we are working remotely because of the Coronavirus Pandemic. We use it in our meetings, events, calls, etc. Also[,] we use it to share files and notes. It definitely made collaboration online way better and easier during a very difficult period.
- All Microsoft products are integrated seamlessly
- Voice calls, video calls, webinars
- Ease of use
- Support multiple devices
- No reply messages from [the] desktop app
- Integration between Teams and Yammer is not working properly
- Voice notes sometimes are corrupted on mobile devices
- No edit history for text messages
- Video calls and meetings
- Teams calendar and it's integration with Outlook Calendar
- File sharing
- Better collaboration between different Teams
- Reduced operation costs
- Workplace by Facebook and Slack
I think Microsoft Teams would win against both of them because Microsoft Teams has many features like having Channels, Conducting Webinars, Scheduling Meetings, Organizing your Calendar, and Integrated seamlessly with Outlook Calendar, Also you can Conduct Webinars and Large Meetings, and also it has [a] better user experience.
