Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Visio
We currently use Microsoft Visio as a tool for process control and understanding. All of the departments within our organization require precise workflows in order to operate at the highest level. That's where Visio comes into play, allowing us to see working processes visually and make adjustments to eliminate redundant and unnecessary steps.

I feel like they all can play an important role in your organization's success but for those who are comfortable with the Microsoft suite of tools, I would choose Visio.

This allows us the ability to see from a very high level where we may have duplicate processes, and bottlenecks, or may need to shift processes to alleviate tension from one person to another.
