Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Visual Studio Code

It's [the] best lightweight code editor used by most developers in all departments.
  • Support for multiple programming languages with Intelli-Sense
  • Availability of extensions and support (Live Server, CSS Peek, Prettier and many others)
  • Free of cost
  • Built-in code formatting would be appreciated (just like Prettier - Code formatter)
  • A virtual device emulation in side panel for seeing output of code will be great
  • Needs a built in DB support jut like in XAMPP
  • Free of cost
  • Light weight
  • Extensions and support
  • Positive (decreasing development time)
  • Positive (increase rate of prototype applications)
  • Negative (developers not using core solutions more), they keep sticking to this
It has [the] right balance of solutions for [a] wide range of problems. Atom or Notepad++ are lighter but [have fewer] features, [Microsoft] Visual Studio [Code] is full of features but [a] tad heavier.
