Overall Satisfaction with Mimecast Cloud Archive

I currently use Mimecast Cloud Archive within my organization to manage spam email filtering. It allows me to have more control of my inbox. All of my emails flow through that prior to hitting my inbox in outlook.

  • The spam filtering sometimes holds up important emails from domains that should be whitelisted.
  • When first starting to use the platform it was confusing between perm and delete and the different options available
  • Storage space
  • Easy to search
  • Accessibility
  • I don’t have a particular quantifiable ROI
I was not involved in a decision-making process to purchase my podcast although I have used other tools in the past and my has the easiest interface to use And navigate. The learning curve is very short using this product. It’s a big benefit and plus that you were able to access it from a mobile device.

Mimecast Cloud Archive works really well for blocking out spam especially from solicitors trying to market to me and my organization. It does let things slip through and also holds up important emails from time to time. I don’t use it as much as I could for the archiving piece although their website interface is very easy to use.
