MindManager helps organize site maps and other critical elements of our projects. This reduces the time it takes during QA as well. We primarily use the tool for planning projects and expanding our web offerings in an easy to read visualization. Huge time saver and easy to use.

Visual enhancements are critical when communicating across creative and development teams. By having software that benefits both types of users, it works as a nexus for creative and practical thinking to collaborate where otherwise would be impossible or difficult at best. Saving time and having fun is what makes this mind map software unique.
We have used several types of mind map software from freeware to paid and the biggest frustration is ease of use. Sometimes we forget how we did something or settings were updated with a new version and we cannot navigate the menus. What we needed most was a user friendly software that could potentially be accessed offline in case we were in a plane or somewhere without WiFi.
