We use it across the entire organization, but it is also department-specific. Topics that were sales related would be taught at a sales level, and so on. It addresses issues such as security, and MindTickle allows us to learn new skills or new topics related to security.

Pros and Cons

Interactive - Keeps you engaged.
Easy UX and UI - Simple to navigate and answer questions.

The illustrations are a little silly but also keep it a bit more interesting.
Sometimes the questions were redundant.

Return on Investment

As far as I can tell, it had a positive ROI, but it is difficult to measure and quantify for future purposes.

Alternatives Considered

SalesHood and Brainshark

MindTickle is definitely a better tool. It was simpler to implement and better liked amongst employees versus competitors.
