Overall Satisfaction with MIP Fund Accounting

MIP Fund Accounting is valuable in managing 4 different tax entities; 30+active programs, and numerous funding sources. The accounting interface is straightforward making AP and AR clear to enter, manage and analyze. Reporting is robust allowing for deep analysis.

  • MIP has allowed us to manage our accounting clearly and use that information for analysis and inform strategic decision making.
The reporting feature is robust, allowing to report in various dimensions - fund, programs, funding sources,locations.
Our intention is continue use of MIP with an upcoming transition to the cloud based version.

MIP is able to handle all accounting needs. They offer add-on modules to include payroll, eft payment, and other functions. I wouldn't recommend MIP for small enterprises with limited accounting needs, as it is an in-depth accounting program.
