It can handle multi-segment accounting strings and fund accounting.
  • Fund Accounting structure.
  • The Dashboard configuration.
  • More dynamic planning/budgeting.
  • Better customization of Reports.
  • Flexibility
  • Data difficult to extract and analyze effectively.
  • Reports are difficult to customize and develop.
Customer Service is slow to respond at all. The cloud system has performance issues.
We are evaluating new systems with more capabilities.

We have had difficulty getting information out of the system for our reporting and planning purposes. It's kept us pretty manual on anything outside of transaction recording.
