Overall Satisfaction with MIP Fund Accounting
We use MIP to enter invoices, AR invoices to send to customers, journal vouchers, reconcile cash and ledgers, issue checks, and maintain vendors and 1099 vendors and reporting.
- allowing the breakdown between multiple departments, jobs, units, etc.
- Robust reporting.
- Catching duplicate invoices.
- It is not user friendly - not intuitive.
- Reports are difficult to build on their own.
- The knowledgebase is very difficult to navigate - it's very difficult to find answers to questions - I always have to chat or call to find the answers to my questions.
- I'm not sure; I don't work at that level. I'm sure it's been good. However, I don't know what else it can offer that we don't know.
