Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to collaborate remotely. It allows everyone to contribute to team discussions and visualize concepts easily. Teams are able to work simultaneously in the same place, using a variety of visuals. It's easy to bring people up to speed (5-7 minutes) and scale from small to large groups.

Pros

Cons

  • Difficult to write to Excel from Miro.
  • Miro allowed our company to complete innovation remotely during COVID.
  • Miro is easy to use and teach to others.
  • The startup was easy with templates.
Very easy to implement and manage users.
Miro is intuitive to use, and has templates to get started.
Miro works intuitively, it's easy to add people and very flexible with different application integrations.

Miro is easy to use for process mapping and online collaboration in a visual manner.
Miro works well for process mapping, problem-solving, decision making, and easy visualization. While it's easy to generate PowerPoint presentations from Miro frames, it is not the best tool for presenting during meetings. It's easy to work independently on the same digital whiteboard when in a group.
