Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is relatively easy to implement for a couple of reasons - its tutorial helps users quickly pick up the software, and as its UI is heavily bound to the canvas, users who familiarize with other 'canvas' type software can quickly find similarities between Miro and other software. Users who do not use canvas software regularly may find implementing Miro into their workflow more challenging.
Miro does have some learning curves and does have its own onboarding/tutorial to demonstrate its features and how to use it. As such, it's probably not as intuitive as other 'canvas' type software / programs and is a little harder to integrate into other design software which is more commonly used such as Adobe CC.
Miro is great for both personal and collaborative work in my organization. We use Miro in the UX/UI design department to create design blueprints, project plans, and even breakout spaces for brainstorming ideas. Miro allows us to easily visualize our work, cross-collaborate on the greater strategic mission, and see how others are working.

Due to COVID-19, we have only used Miro in an online/remote capability as the majority of the workplace is working from home/remotely. It has been effortless to collaborate with colleague in Miro online.

Miro is great for creating design blueprints and plans, as well as collaborating/brainstorming with others in design. Miro may not be the best product to use if collaborating with other areas in your company (e.g. management or engineering) as it does have a learning curve - more commonly-used software may be more suitable in such instances.

Using Miro

Use of symbols in the UI may not reflect the intended action and requires users to hover to see a tooltip to determine the exact action. If users only use Miro periodically, this means they have to repeat this action each time when creating a board. It would be better to allow users to choose between seeing symbols, text, or a combination of both - especially for accessibility.
