Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro has helped me collaborate with other team members, a lot of added options to draw diagrams during creative brainstorming sessions. Ease of zooming in on the desired portion of the screen.
- Variety of shapes and diagram options.
- Whiteboard and sharing options.
- Reactions.
- Searching within the ideas submitted.
- Initial zoom in and zoom out are confusing and take some time to adjust.
- Dragging of post-it notes is sometimes difficult, it may be because of PC performance.
- Even the minute double-clicking of results in a post-it note and then being inserted is difficult, which is annoying.
- Selecting all and moving at the same time was difficult initially but now it's improved.
- It has helped particularly during brainstorming.
- Productivity has been increased.
- Reviewing and providing feedback is easier.
I don't have a very good idea, I have organized the session, productivity has improved and team members are happily collaborating during the ideation sessions. There are frequent changes that might be required in the concepts which are obviously inside the Miro interface. So the ease of access is great, which might have resulted in getting new projects to the organization phase. Since I am not in a high position to make business decisions, I am just a facilitator in an innovation program.
