Overall Satisfaction with Miro
My cross-functional team uses Miro to communicate product changes/updates through development, from concept to final product booking in an easy-to-read format. Each counterpart enters comments on product details or changes, and using the tag feature helps a lot to get speedy feedback from our team members!
Pros
- Intuitive, easy-to-learn interface (big plus).
- Ability to tag other members so they're made aware via email.
- The comments section allows us to keep the communication on a particular item/style which helps minimize the use of email.
Cons
- Most of Miro is easy to learn, with no room for improvement on my end for my tasks.
- Improved productivity by a significant margin (fewer emails, ability to keep all relevant communication on a style/cc is a big plus as well for tracking change history).
Miro has enhanced our organization's collaboration abilities - by keeping most of our product details and changes all in one place, it makes communication and change-tracking much easier for all our cross-functional partners.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
The difference in data organization is like night and day - besides the ability to host all kinds of files, Miro is just better for project management and keeping all cross-functional partners in the know on key updates and changes.
