my experience with Miro (good or bad?)
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It is being used on two fronts: the first is to create a map of influences, and the second is to create individual pictures of each employee so that we can understand the skills, characteristics, and possible bottlenecks that the health ecosystem brings. It’s used by the whole organization, but the RH department normally is the lead for this application.
Pros
- Stakeholders maps.
- Frameworks for the whole company can be seen at the same time.
Cons
- Using Miro with mobile devices leaves something to be desired. It's difficult to fill in the frames.
- My company uses its own internal network and sometimes I'm the same, the initial login takes a long time to happen.
- At a time of change that we are experiencing within our organization, Miro provided us with the possibility of dividing us into small groups and discussing new issues. Like, we put in there everything we thought about possible solutions to problems. miro accelerated the team's decision-making so we could deliver more value to customers. We use it at the launch of a drug and we are able to capture and coordinate all discussions in this phase of the product's lifecycle. Another very good thing was the possibility of working offline.
We co-created an action on the impacts of one disease on another. It was very interesting. Miro stimulated the capture of insights, live discussions and created a media plan. It was very good too because we get to know more about the reality and the daily lives of colleagues from other affiliates. Very good experience!
