Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Our team uses the Miro platform for team collaboration, presentation, sharing, and many other features. Good for retrospective meetings and sharing the views with limited time duration. Easy to use with excellent real-time capabilities. There are a lot of tools like Pen, Frame, Shape, Mind Maps, Kanban, Tables, etc. These tools do their job and are easy to use and understand.
- Improved productivity.
I personally don't have a lot of experience with the implementation of Miro. Based on feedback from other team users (as well as users outside of my team), it seems to be user-friendly and easy to understand and implement. It offers easy integration and connection with other apps, smooth transitions.
Miro offers collaborative whiteboards built into them for real-time brainstorming. Our team had a great experience with this feature. We have used it with Microsoft Teams to drive collaboration in a virtual meeting, which is easy to use and makes our meeting sessions as productive (if not even more productive) as in a physical meeting room.

Online meetings and project discussions are some of the most useful features that Miro has offered. Screen sharing is a very important feature that our team uses frequently. The real-time collaboration feature allows the team to share and review each other's thoughts as the discussions progress, which allows the team to capture all points and action items without missing anything.
