Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It's been used by the whole organization.
- Easy to onboard.
- Has many useful and handy features such as Kanban, Chats, etc.
- Support multiple users working on the same dashboard.
- In the same text box, font size is applicable to all the words, can't just change some parts.
- When connecting blocks, it can only be 1 to 1 mapping, there's no many to one functionality (it would be very tedious in that case).
- The default double click to add an element is a sticky note, not sure why but I have to change it back to the text as I use text boxes a lot.
- There's no version control.
- Structured thinking process.
- Quicker access to ideas.
- Effective organization.
It helps a lot as people can access the dashboard from their own laptop and work on it together at the same time.

Miro UI is more user-friendly and easy to use. Miro provides more flexibility. Miro has more embedded small features such as Kanban, Chart.
