Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It's been used by the whole organization.
  • Easy to onboard.
  • Has many useful and handy features such as Kanban, Chats, etc.
  • Support multiple users working on the same dashboard.
  • In the same text box, font size is applicable to all the words, can't just change some parts.
  • When connecting blocks, it can only be 1 to 1 mapping, there's no many to one functionality (it would be very tedious in that case).
  • The default double click to add an element is a sticky note, not sure why but I have to change it back to the text as I use text boxes a lot.
  • There's no version control.
  • Structured thinking process.
  • Quicker access to ideas.
  • Effective organization.
It helps a lot as people can access the dashboard from their own laptop and work on it together at the same time.

Miro UI is more user-friendly and easy to use. Miro provides more flexibility. Miro has more embedded small features such as Kanban, Chart.
It's useful when drawing a mind graph or flow graph, brainstorming ideas, or if there are multiple users working on the dashboard together. It's not very useful when doing actual documentation.
