Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in our routine team meetings for co-creation & input gathering moments (esp. since work from home), in our agile methodology, and to support sprint review & planning in broader workshops.

Pros

  • Easy connection/ log-in.
  • Intuitive use.
  • Easy input.

Cons

  • Co-edition of the same object.
  • Formatting of input.
  • Better engagement of remote teams.
  • Improved co-creation of distributed teams.
I did not experience any integration issues. I found the login via Google account to be particularly easy & straightforward. I would recommend to use it rather than creating a specific email login.
Miro has improved our co-creation capabilities, in particular. It has been the case for distributed teams. It leads to more seamless workshops.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I did not use other tools comparable to Miro. With only a few exceptions I did use the whiteboarding functionalities of Google Hangout/Google Meet. Miro far exceeds those functionalities through the better saving of the information, more input possibilities, and a more sophisticated user interface.
Suited:
  • Large audience workshop.
  • Agile process support.
  • Team meeting, quick input gathering.
Not suited: Share content (e.g. alternative to Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Suite Slides).
