Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used most frequently for project increment planning and interactive workshops. It is especially helpful given the fact that all workshops are now remote, so we need to be able to engage participants despite the lack of in-person presence.
  • Adding comments is very intuitive.
  • Sections make walking through a planned workshop very smooth.
  • People accidentally move things all the time, so there should be a way to prevent people from moving everything with just a click.
  • There are no good polling options.
  • Better quality project results.
Preparation is key. Miro boards need to be well planned out before use.
Almost everyone gets used to Miro within the first few minutes.
Immensely - now we work only remotely and it is so valuable to be able to collaboratively edit and discuss. It's especially helpful for people who are less likely to speak up in larger meetings but would rather write a post-it that can be later discussed by the group.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Mural is similar but slightly less intuitive. That may be because Miro is more widely used.
Best for small workshops to engage participants, less appropriate for top-down management level presentations.
