Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used across the whole organization, but I would say Tech is the heaviest user among all departments.
- Miro has very strong functions on collaboration. You could, in real-time, see the cursor of other users. Activities of other users will appear in the feed. The sticky notes function makes brainstorming in Miro almost like doing it in person on the whiteboard.
- The capabilities of zooming in and out infinitely. This is super critical for drawing diagrams, especially in architecture design.
- Many, many templates to start with. They're beautiful and functional.
- The SSO could be easier. Right now I was logged out several times a day and every time it requires multiple steps to sign in.
- Better collaboration.
- Better visualization that couldn't be achieved elsewhere.
As shared before, Miro is a great tool for collaboration. I regard this as the strongest selling point of Miro.
