Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Every day we use Miro both to make diagrams, diagrams, whiteboards, etc ... so that the whole team can share their ideas quickly. We also use it in our relationships with our clients. We have a tool where we can do many jobs in one place and avoid unnecessary distractions using other programs. It is an excellent ALL-IN-ONE solution.

  • Follow cursor.
  • Polls.
  • Improve load.
  • Easy UI, some icons are confusing.
  • Improve productivity.
  • Avoid useless meetings.
  • Clarification of terms.
Try to improve the user interface or create short (but more complete) videos to show new users how to use Miro. From my point of view, the user interface is clear but the icons can be confusing. Add more options for taking surveys and self-correcting forms like Google Docs does.
We use Miro in a web environment. Some people use the application but for our company, the web environment is better. I think this is the best way to integrate with our way of working. Maybe sometimes the web page takes time to load (perhaps it is a problem with our internet provider) but in general it works smoothly and comfortably.
Due to the pandemic, our team had to stop going to the general office and working from home. Miro has helped us a lot because he has avoided many unnecessary meetings thanks to the fact that we have been able to use all his power so that our team can share his work and that the client can interact with him.

Atlassian JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft), Outlook4Gmail, Trello
Easy creation/shared boards. Eg. Scrumm methodologies or Agile methodologies. Also is easy to create any diagram. In our case, flow diagrams, end-to-end diagrams. Collaboration between users is extremely easy and allows any team to work in just a few clicks. The zoom feature is also fantastic. It allows having multiple boards in one place.
