Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used across the whole organisation. It is mainly used for creating and navigating through digital whiteboards during meetings. It is also used for brainstorming, agenda keeping, and collecting views and ideas from various teams in an intuitive manner. Colleagues can use a single sign-on to log in and the edit rights are only granted by a limited number of colleagues that act as key users.
  • Design thinking.
  • Visualisation.
  • Presentations.
  • More icons.
  • More automation.
  • A clever way of providing options for the next steps.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Great for remote teams.
  • Working from home is made easier.
Signing in via single sign-on is easy and the access rights are only granted by a limited number of colleagues that act as key users. All colleagues can have access to it, via different platforms and operating systems.
Still not integrated with MS teams or other platforms, so the experience is still low. I believe that some steps are still there to be taken to seamlessly connect with different applications from various providers.
Miro is used across the whole organisation. It is mainly used for creating and navigating through digital whiteboards during meetings. It is also used for brainstorming, agenda keeping, and collecting views and ideas from various teams in an intuitive manner. I use it mainly for team meetings with remote teams, especially now during the working from home or hybrid environments.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Easier to use from an end-user perspective, not involved in the development or implementation phase. Also, not sure of the fees, rates, and renewal process.
It is a powerful tool, that is also rather easy to learn. The learning curve is rather lean. It is also a great tool as an intro to design thinking or kanban style of working for teams.
