Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it to work with my colleagues and do my design research. The platform helps me to do collaborative work on design projects. Miro is an innovative and helpful tool that can be used for all sorts of things required for collaborative project research. I would highly recommend Miro to my cohorts and friends.
  • Best for collaborative work.
  • Easy to use.
  • Easy to understand.
  • Great support of third-party elements.
  • Miro can work upon introducing some UI kits for prototyping as well.
  • It should have some basic features to edit the images.
  • It should support video in presentation mode.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Made project management easy.
It's basically only useful when using a trackpad, and even then the controls feel clunky and slow. Beyond that, the actual editing process of the pages is difficult and the menus are confusing. The usability of the software is a little difficult. While it's a feature-rich program, it tried to emulate physical tools such as a whiteboard but fails on several facets.
The experience has been awesome. We have used it to drive collaboration in conjunction with a virtual meeting tool to seamlessly whiteboard, just like we would have in a physical office space. Everything in Miro looks polished, accessible, and is super easy to use. I do feel that the creators put an effort to create a great user experience.

I like great and simple, clean UX, various handy tools inside of the app. Option to install android and desktop app. Android app is well prepared and very easy to use. The killer feature is also the ability to capture and digitalize physical post-its to the app. It's easy to understand and adapt.
