Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It helps with brainstorming and OKR planning sessions with certain teams, depending on their tools of choice. For my team, we used it to discuss our OKRs, the work that we have done to support our OKR, and to brainstorm for any missing pieces. It is useful to hold all our ideas and easily move them about to different categories.

Pros

  • Free and easy to use.
  • A lot of templates.
  • Multiple parties can collaborate on it at one single time.

Cons

  • The drag function and moving the screen at the same time doesn't always work well.
  • Positive impact on my team definitely.
I wasn't involved in the implementation of Miro.
I didn't use the integration feature or wasn't involved in the process of integration of Miro.
Yes, it has been very helpful for brainstorming sessions during the project initiation phase.
