Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use this to create flows and journeys. I use wireframes and would like to use this to create demos. Wider teams use this such as designers again to create detailed flows. Whilst this is probably the most popular tool we use this isn't exclusive and not a piece of software everyone can have.
  • Flows.
  • Wireframes.
  • Swimlanes.
  • Flows - Lucidchart is more intuitive in my opinion.
  • Demos - Clickable mobile and web demos.
  • Pasting into PowerPoint - Again Lucidchart is better in my opinion.
  • Does improve productivity.
  • More professional.
  • Annotate better.
Need to be able to copy and paste quicker. Need to integrate with other tools. Need to sort that shape on the line thing out. Crashes when large items are pasted.
Yeah, that bit is pretty good to be fair- We don't have enough users to make it work.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I think Lucidchart is better - not by a lot but I prefer it - more intuitive and plays better with other systems. Has more templates and things to offer. I find Miro's image export clunky.
It's the little things that make a difference - So if you have a line between two shapes and drop another shape on that line in Lucidchart the arrow will insert the shape in the line - Miro simply whacks it on top. Doesn't sound like much but makes a huge difference. Also, your templates are not as good. Miro swimlanes are really poor with little choice.
