Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used for brainstorming sessions, design thinking, and even for designing process maps. It makes collaboration within the team or with cross-functional teams easy. It is super easy and interactive. I really like the fact that they have templates for everything. It does save a lot of time and makes brainstorming sessions into fun sessions. We work on process improvement and this requires working with a number of teams such as ops, quality, training, etc. With Miro, we are able to collaborate, gain insights into the problem and work on solutions that will help improve the process.
Pros
- Makes collaboration easy.
- Content planning.
- Process mapping.
Cons
- templates are not resizable.
- We should be able to move the templates, but once we select them, it gets fixed in one place and we can not move it on the screen.
- Sometimes, it acts too buggy.
- Reduced time to brainstorm.
- Helped use design thinking in a better way.
- Improved idea generation.
In the current [work-from-home] environment, collaborating on projects or even [brainstorming] was a challenge. We tried a couple of options including the Zoom whiteboard but everything was a mess. Miro has worked [miracles] for our team. It is the best software I have used so far which has made collaboration, brainstorming, and even analysis work this easy.
