Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used individually across my department, I don't have visibility of other departments' usage. I don't know, my department has bought the business version of Miro.
Pros
- Miro is very user friendly, intuitive to use.
- Miro gives a various template to use, easy to create a right diagram.
- Miro offers good customization.
- Miro is easy to share and collaborative with others.
Cons
- I think giving some mini-game board templates for an icebreaking session before going into the actual workshop will be very very helpful for the workshop organizer. It is because 1) Icebreaking session is always needed before workshop 2) It gives time and a chance for the attendees to get used to the Miro tools how it works. (Especially with online workshop sessions).
- Providing a quick basic usage guide (space bar to move around etc) on the top as static information for the attendees will be very helpful because the organizer doesn't need to explain about it.
- Reduced the workshop preparation time.
- Enabled efficient online working environment.
Miro definitely makes it easier to collaborate together even though people are remotely working from home. Not sure what this question is asking though. I think the questions need to be clearer.
