Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used across our whole organization. The extensibility and usability of Miro have pushed us in the direction to use it as a single tool in an organization. Possible to collaborate with multi-user on board at the same time is a great feature during this pandemic, reduce meeting time, and improves communication.

Frame presentation is one of the great toolings in Miro. It enables presentation in sequence while still enabling live edits from every editor. The feature of sharing the board to members is well controlled and can easily be edited with a few clicks. Easy to learn and use in a team that needs a diagram to elaborate the details.
Miro supports lots of apps in integration. It is easy to import images, files, and workflow. There are no conflicts between using Miro with another tooling, communication faster. Having the Miroverse template provides great help to start with a successful step. Very complete 'Getting Started' video guidance enabling everyone to use Miro effectively.
The functionality of allowing multiple collaborators to edit the board at the same time is a great feature, allowing us to import files and images in the board has enabled us to use Miro as a dashboard for collaboration. Information, timeline, and updates were placed on one big page. Easy to learn and use in teams.

Miro is more user-friendly and an awesome collaborative experience with your team members. Work from home has become easier for creative people because of Miro. It enables multiple types of different boards to be placed on a single view, having the information easy to access by everyone. Multiple templates (eg. Miroverse) helped in meeting preparation with a few clicks.
Miro is suitable to use in organizations that need an online whiteboard. The feature of allowing multi collaborators to work on the board at the same time is helpful. Extension with other apps makes this tool easier to integrate and reduces duplicated effort. It might be just another 'tool' if not well trained within the team.
