Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using Miro for myself as well as my direct reports. There are other teams independently using Miro across the department as well. We use it to collaborate and keep things organized. It's been a game-changer, especially for collaboration. We can use it all at once to brainstorm and organize projects across teams.

Implementation Rating

I thought that implementing Miro has been pretty simple since I am learning as I go. There are many opportunities for intuitive implementations. I think that having a better setup when starting might have helped such as simple templates to get started and then go from there. overall pretty simple.

Ease of Integration

It was pretty simple to implement across my small team. I am not sure that it would be as simple across a large department but I think with some training and help from Miro it would still be rather simple. We have slowly been expanding our use of miro across the department because of this.

Collaboration

We have been using Miro when we are remote and it's amazing! there are a lot of tasks that required physical papers or organization when in the office that we were struggling to organize on other platforms. Having miro allows us to collaborate and keep these things organized in real-time across the team.
