Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for team collaboration on research ideas, brainstorming, customer journey mapping, product cycles, and more. For our teams, it is very intuitive and we like the accessibility and options available for viewing and restricted access. Before COVID we would use a whiteboard to visualise the same content that we are now able to map on Miro and this has helped our teams to stay updated with any changes in real-time.
  • Security options for sharing.
  • Range of tools in the software.
  • Great templates.
  • Accessibility.
  • Copy and paste in bulk.
  • More colours for shapes.
  • Options to publish graphics to PowerPoint.
  • Better team engagement.
  • Faster progression of customer journey mapping.
  • Increased participation on projects.
  • Enabled employees to work together whilst WFH.
Intuitive and user-friendly. Haven't needed to contact support and found the process very straightforward. It would potentially be useful to have a demo from a support team to help us to understand if there are any features that we are not already utilising so that we can make the most out of the software.
I think there could definitely be better integration with Microsoft apps, it would also be great to pull in text from Excel so that a list could be itemised in miro shapes for easy movement and flow mapping. Again, presenting a Miro board isn't always the most attractive. It would be really useful to have Miro templates in our branded colours for more professional displays.
Miro has been an incredible aid in our efforts on projects where collaborators are WFH. In a global business where we rely on input from overseas team members, we have been able to utilise our time effectively, picking up changes made during other time zones working hours. We have also been able to share with more team members to get a more varied input on ideas and proposed changes to help us make better decisions.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Well suited to concept planning, group discussions, meetings where there are several ideas to discuss. Multi-step projects where things need to be expanded in great detail, Any strategy planning where details need to be added later. Projects where full visibility of contributors is needed. Collaboration with multiple people is very easy so is any teamwork. Less appropriate where corporate style is critical, uniformity is desired, less appropriate where the depiction of ideas forms part of a presentation or slide deck. Would be really useful if there was an option to present a Miro board in a Prezi style format.
