Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used as a shared board for keeping meeting minutes structured meetings - retrospective, post mortem, impact analysis, brainstorming, etc.

Pros

  • Nice shapes, fonts.
  • Move, zoom on board.
  • Share.
  • Embed images.

Cons

  • UI design (have a nice library of UI widgets).
  • UML diagrams. I would like to be able to do sequence diagrams.
  • Improved productivity of meetings.
I miss the diagramming part and the UI design part. Other than that - it is great.
We don't integrate it apart from adding links from it to other tools. It would be nice to integrate with GitHub issues or Zenhub.
Good flexible board for collaboration. Easy to get started and get set up.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I used mural only once as a guest (not host) so not sure but seemed very similar. Jamboard is much less capable than Miro.
Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), GitHub
Well suited: meeting minutes brainstorm.
Less suited: UML diagrams e.g. sequence diagram anything involving some semantics of the shapes on the board.
