Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used across the business for strategy and client planning. Getting to grips with problems clients have and displaying them in a visual way. For example, can build out program calendars using sticky notes, moving everything around in a clear, concise way. Plus it lets multiple people contribute at the same time so very collaborative and means nothing gets missed.
  • Drives collaboration.
  • Visual.
  • Real time.
  • You can see other users hovering - this can be off-putting.
  • Sometimes formatting is a little irregular.
  • Board dimensions doesn't automatically scale to screen.
  • Time saved.
  • Duplication of effort removed.
  • Better collaboration.
It was easy to use, efficient and anyone with a laptop could use it. Even more tech adverse colleagues got involved.
Runs relatively easily, although the board size can cause problems depending on your screen size. It encourages people to collaborate which is ideal.
It's meant people can take specific roles in a meeting whilst also removing duplication of effort which is helpful.

Strategy meetings, planning - especially with clients who can see what it is written/how their feedback is being relayed which is ideal. However, too many people operating the board causes clutter/duplication of effort so people have to have very strict roles/responsibilities. Some people also get distracted by watching the board!
