Cons

Sometimes the usage is confusing to use.
Needs lot of experience to use it properly.

As a young employee, it was kind of easy to get used to the tool but still, it is a challenge for all participants to use it properly so you need plenty of time, in the beginning, to set up the tool and the team.

Ease of Integration

As stated before. I was not involved in the technical implementation of the tool, however, the usage, in the beginning, is difficult to learn.

Collaboration

Getting more agile great brainstorming sessions where the whole team participates, it's an awesome tool to define a strategy.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Teams

I was not involved in the purchasing process, however, Teams provides a good set of features, but for teamwork with dragging and dropping, adding deleting, etc it is not able to compete with Miro.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), SAP Access Control

Likelihood to Recommend

Extremely useful for remote team tasks which would have taken place in person in a meeting room pre-covid easy to use tool for brainstorming & idea & strategy find.
