Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used by several departments across our organization. It allows for effective communication of information and ideas and is quickly becoming a very effective tool for our design teams. A major benefit is to be able to collect (and keep updating) related information all in one place, for the use of everyone, across several offices in different countries.
  • Grouping together of documents, sketches, useful information.
  • Ease of access to all members of the team.
  • One-stop location for ideas and information that is useful to not only our team but other teams within our organization.
  • I have only one suggestion: maybe provide more tutorial information for beginners to get used to how to use Miro to its greatest potential.
  • I can honestly say our use of Miro has increased turn-around times and really aided in decision making, but I don't have any hard numbers other than to say this valuable tool has improved team efficiency.
This is a user-friendly tool that beginners seem to be able to pick up and learn to use quite rapidly. It does not require any specialized skills, so anyone on the team can quickly get up to speed and participate and contribute information and ideas. As a result, it has become a very useful team collaboration tool for us.
Our experience has been that Miro is easily integrated and the feedback from our team is that it is quick to learn how to use and is user-friendly. Compared to some other applications, people have taken to Miro quickly and can see the benefits of this valuable team tool. We are promoting its use to other teams within our organization.
Miro has definitely improved our ability to work remotely and to share information with teams across the country and even in our offices located in other countries. This is a very useful collaboration tool that we are using more and more and expect it will become a standard method of collaborating between our various teams and offices.

Miro is very well suited to design organizations, like ours, for the sharing of ideas and information, where team members can all contribute and benefit from input from other team members. This is an extremely useful collaborative tool, that allows different forms of graphics, diagrams, notes all to be assembled in one place, to the benefit of the whole team.
