Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Group collaboration, whiteboarding, identifying good/bad aspects of events, projects, and company initiatives. Excellent at capturing everyone's perspective, experience, expectations, etc. Marketing group projects, with others outside the department, were brought in. Specifically product management folks. The speed at which we can quickly collaborate and reduce the fact-finding stage. Less meeting time!
  • Stickies
  • Color coding
  • Flow charts
  • Chart on quick keys.
  • Auto zoom.
  • Auto arrange stickies based on color, user, more.
  • Reduced fact finding time.
  • Improved transparency.
  • Improved efficiency.
No real "key insights". We were just thrown into the fire and had to figure it out on the fly. Maybe supply the registered user or initiator at a company or organization with a quick three-minute video that orients them quickly to the basics of the platform? Maybe it's already out there, but our application leader might not have been aware of it.
Luckily for all of our trial-by-fire folks, the application is very very easy to use. In my opinion, we have just scratched the surface related to the capabilities that I am confident are already there. We just have not taken the time to explore and just use it for our quick needs and objectives.

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Not applicable. I'm just a user.
Miro is well suited when the group is together (remote or in-person) and interacting independently or jointly, but as one group for a common cause. We have struggled when it's an individual task to complete by such and such a time. For instance, an email goes out... Go to this link, do this that, or the other by such and such a date. Maybe a task trigger and reminder system could be offered to poke the delinquents?
