Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used as a collaboration tool to effectively problem solve virtually.

Pros

  • User friendly/strong UX.
  • Strong collaboration tools (i.e. live notes).
  • Simulates an in person experience.

Cons

  • It is sometimes challenging to understand all the tools and capabilities right off the bat.
  • No current direct impact on overall business objectives.
I was not involved in the implementation of Miro.
I was not involved in the integration, but I haven't heard any complaints.
Miro has made it significantly easier to simulate in person collaboration.
