Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used by our department to help build out quarterly and yearly feature roadmaps. These give us a good view of the potential work and team assignment to achieve our objectives.

Pros

  • Whiteboarding.
  • Dependency Mapping.
  • Strategic Roadmaps.

Cons

  • Sharing with users outside my organization.
  • Increased foresight on resource/team capacity.
  • Better understand of long term objectives and feasibility to achieve them.
Miro was implemented well for our immediate organization. It can sometimes be difficult to share content with users outside of our company.
I was not directly involved with its integration (i.e. cannot comment).
It has greatly improved our ability to hold productive brainstorming and retrospective sessions in our current virtual environment.

I have used both Miro and Lucidchart. I like Miro better for the real-time collaboration functionality and usability.
Atlassian JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft), Rally Software (formerly CA Agile Central)
Miro is great for virtual collaboration amongst teams. We have used it on numerous occasions for whiteboarding during meetings and gathering feedback from all team members.
