Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great tool for our design team, we use it to collaborate on many different projects within our team. It is fast, easy to use, and the fact that you can ideate in real-time with your team is a great benefit.

Pros

  • Collaborate with teams.
  • Share designs.
  • Design comparisons.

Cons

  • Would be nice to 'ping' an area on the board for other users to see.
  • Would be nice to specify exact sizes for photos.
  • Adding specific sizes for sticky notes and not just 'small, medium, large'.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Easier collaboration.
  • Quick way to share ideas.
Miro works really well. The program runs really smoothly and the desktop app is nice if you don't want to use it in the browser. I would also say that there are a lot of new features being added constantly which is also helpful. Could improve in some areas such as a specific image or sticky note sizing but not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things.
Integration with miro has been really easy. It is quick to get up to speed on all its features and utilities. You can begin working right away which is nice. It has been quick to integrate into our workflow.
Miro is a great tool for remote workers or multiple locations. It's been great for our team which is remote, as we can use it to compare ideas and designs quickly and also be able to storyboard different ideas. Makes group projects easier when everyone is remote, a very smooth process.
