Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is used within the Project Management departments to help understand values and risks across dependent customers through the civil service.

Pros

  • Work collaboratively remotely.
  • Share ideas.
  • Substitute the office environment.

Cons

  • Better joint functionality when collaborating.
  • Make it easier to share outputs with teams.
  • Export outputs into different formats.
  • Positively understand our communication weak spots.
  • There is limited knowledge on how to use this tool within my organization.
  • It is a highly effective tool for collaborative working.
It was a bit tricky to get access originally due to local IT restrictions. However, we are now using this on a monthly basis to review certain objectives.
This is currently used in isolation from any other tools.
It has been invaluable. During the pandemic, I would not have used this tool otherwise. Now I see it as an essential business need so I can work.

I no longer use this tool as Miro is the preferred tool within my team.
I find its greatest power is to bring people together remotely and allow them to collaborate in real-time. This can be really helpful when on a conference call and using this tool.
