Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are currently using Miro across our organization to collaborate with project teams in each of our studios as well as with clients.
  • Post-its.
  • Ability to upload and view documents.
  • Ability to add links and variety of visuals.
  • Warnings about file/board size - sometimes the board feels too slow once many files are uploaded.
  • Ability to 'tag' people in comments.
  • No limit on text box word count.
  • Improved communication and collaboration across teams in our studio.
  • Provided a single place to drop meeting notes so we no longer need to keep additional meeting minutes.
The learning curve is fairly small - I don't utilize so many of Miro's capabilities but have learned what works best for my style of working.
Felt fairly seamless.
We are able to engage in a wider variety of ways and see how other's are working and thinking throughout the entire process. Though we may be apart from each other, Miro helps us work cohesively.

Miro has worked great for my teams as a visualization and collaboration tool. As we develop new concepts for clients, we have been able to drop in imagery, sketches, notes, and feedback allows us to work effectively both remote and in person.
