Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro across the UK organisation. It is a fantastic tool to bring a larger team together and collaborate efficiently. It helps with decision-making and having all the brainstorming in one place.

  • Visibility - everyone must contribute during a meeting or brainstorming session
  • Easy to use therefore efficient
It is all about leading by example. Getting people to see how easy it is to use Miro during meetings. Once that was done, people became instant fans.
I think this depends on the user.
It was successful in using it during longer meetings with a larger audience as previously mentioned.

I would recommend Miro during longer meetings with a larger audience. It is a great tool to gather all the thoughts and ideas in one place and then select.

Miro Implementation

Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled
  • getting people to use it. making it part of the meetings process
Hard to tell. Being a global company I imagine the numbers are very high.
Not sure. We have an IT Department who can help but I assume most people are self-taught.

Miro Support

I went for middle score here because I never had to ask for support.
No because I am not in the position to make such purchases.
I am not sure I understand the question.
