Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I find Miro to be a huge help especially in the post-Covid world, where most of my work remains remote. Templates are great for jumpstarting conversations with team members and stakeholders. Overall, the interface is simple and intuitive. The functionality is robust enough to support a range of skill levels. I love what feels like infinite space and the ability to see team members on the board with me. Miro is super conducive to a collaborative environment. I especially love the ability to watch someone's screen by clicking on their avatar and following along. That being said, 1 area I think could use improvement is the commenting functionality. Notifications of comments can be inconsistent.
  • Following along someone's screen
  • Connecting related frames together by dragging connections. Super intuitive and easy
  • Creating frames along with the labels of those frames
  • Ability to increase/decrease the size of something by dragging at the corner, love this!
  • Commenting functionality
  • When you can apply custom (eye dropper) colors - inconsistent
  • Additional fonts choices
  • Improved collaboration
  • Reduced miscommunication
Could use some prototyping functionality, ability to link frames together by a click of a word or image.
Haven't integrated it with other tools
The main thing we use Miro for is group collaboration, so greatly.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Truthfully, very similar
Collaborating over a concept early on is a good use of Miro. I do wish you could anchor frames to each other effectively creating what feels like buttons. In that vein, it's not good for prototyping.
