Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We are using it in our organization to support the implementation of the “Agile” methodology throughout the organization. It allows greater collaboration between departments, facilitates team management, and is more efficient. It also permits integration with a large number of tools that facilitate communication (Dropbox, Google Suite, GitHub, Slack, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Trello, Excel, Evernote, YouTube).
Pros
- Collaborative whiteboard to draw diagrams in real-time with other people, and that also has support for video conferencing.
- Multiple pre-designed templates, with diagrams, mind maps, and workflows designed for strategy and planning.
- Everything on the board is editable by team members and changes are seen in real-time, with no limit on what can be added.
Cons
- It needs a very good handling of the tool and design since it is not too intuitive.
- Implementation of "Agile" methodology has taken half of the time planned due to Miro.
Due to COVID 19 main part of our employees had to work from home. Miro made this very easy.
