Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My team used Miro for sharing and updating the project calendar at daily meetings. It greatly helped everyone to get visibility of what resources are available and what milestone is coming up. This was also good for running a retrospective meeting. I don't have the info if it is being used across the whole organization but I know it had been used among multiple teams in my past project.
  • User Friendly UI
  • Easy access for everyone with no program installation required
  • Faster and stable for massive user online
  • Simpler vers to use on mobile/tablet
  • more default designs to start with
  • Team feels they are connected
  • Project seems more organized
  • Great meeting tool to go through agenda
I am happy with the current Miro but in the nearest future an implementation of light vers of Miro such as mobile/tablet app would be a good use. Whenever an employee is, they can be connected through Miro and sharing the project and meeting information which makes everyone to stick to Miro.
For my team it did not have any issue with integrating from previous tool to Miro. User friendly UI and easy access through the invite link overall helped the easy of integration among multiple teams. The only issue was it was difficult to find who can grant Miro license to a team/a user but it was shared to everyone,
Through Miro, everyone felt like having a offline meeting while we were all online, because all of us could see the board is being filled on live and even giggled with someone else's typo or their changing mind of sticking to a certain colour. It was fun and good team activity.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I believe Miro fits to all small and large scale companies where majority are working from home and would need to be connected through virtual meetings. However the employees should be familiar with using it or need prior training for this for those who are totally new to using Miro to reduce a friction while the whole team is using it.
