Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We usually use it to run design sprints to come up with a tangible solution for a specific problem. We run sessions in cross-functional teams. Also, our UX design team uses Miro as a tool for user research methods.
Pros
- Collaboration
- Easy to understand and use it for even a first-time users
- Full of useful features
- Runs fast with no issues
Cons
- At first it's not always easy to find specific features
- Reduced project completion time (i.e. 4day design sprint for design solution).
- Since it's fun and easy to use, people are involved and motivated to deliver results.
Actually, we began to use Miro on a lockdown and it was a game-changer. We could run our workshops remotely with our team.
