Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We usually use it to run design sprints to come up with a tangible solution for a specific problem. We run sessions in cross-functional teams. Also, our UX design team uses Miro as a tool for user research methods.
  • Collaboration
  • Easy to understand and use it for even a first-time users
  • Full of useful features
  • Runs fast with no issues
  • At first it's not always easy to find specific features
  • Reduced project completion time (i.e. 4day design sprint for design solution).
  • Since it's fun and easy to use, people are involved and motivated to deliver results.
Not sure. As I mentioned before, some tools are not so easy to find at first and easy to forget if not used often enough.
Because it's like zero effort. Love the web-based app. No need for installations, etc.
Actually, we began to use Miro on a lockdown and it was a game-changer. We could run our workshops remotely with our team.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We haven't. We used to do it live on a whiteboard in a meeting room :)
If used with a good framework (i.e. Google Design sprint) and a facilitator it's a great tool to come up with group solutions fast and efficiently.
